BONUS FUND ELUDES GOULDING

A victory for My Paris in the Porcelanosa Stakes meant that Peter Goulding failed to win the bonus fund last weekend as his selection Stronghold finished a disappointing 9th. There was a similar hard luck story for one player who reached the final leg and watched as his selection, Kong, also put in a disappointing performance in the St Leger. Those results mean that both funds are in rollover mode. The win fund starts on £46,723 with the bonus fund on £105,351.

Races this weekend are divided between Newbury and Ayr and include the totesport Ayr Gold Cup

Paul Petrie commented "Players can do worse than including a David Nicholls trained horse in the Ayr Gold Cup as he has such a terrific record in the race. Having said that, with 8 runners to choose from that decision alone could prove quite a puzzle."
