Mad Rush’s win in the Old Newton Cup at Haydock on Saturday, July 5 has provided the fourth Scoop6 win above the £1-million mark.
The big-playing syndicate picked up £711,831 the previous Saturday and Mad Rush’s win in the bonus race added a further £305,070, taking the total winnings to £1,016,901.
Totepool spokesman Damian Walker said: “I doubt the winning syndicate were biting their nails as Mad Rush was always travelling and looked the winner from some way out. Congratulations to them.”
The place dividend was £132.00 and there were 389 winning tickets.
