It was a speedy exit for totescoop6 players last weekend after all remaining tickets were knocked out in leg four, the Epsom Dash. The damage was done in the early legs with victories for 14/1 Compton's Eleven and 8/1, Redford. It means that both funds continue in rollover mode with £258,559 in the win and £110,811 in the bonus. A single winner of both funds would win over £1/2million.
Races this week are divided between York and Sandown and include the Betfair Sprint.
Paul Petrie, totepool spokesman commented, "Turnover will take the combined funds over the £1/2 million mark and with Royal Ascot just round the corner, any single winner will be able to live like a King."

TOTE LAUNCH toteswinger AT ROYAL ASCOT
The tote will be launching its first new bet since the totescoop6 at this year's Royal Ascot with the introduction of the toteswinger. The bet, which is available on races of six or more runners, asks players to pick two hoses to finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd in any order. The bet then declares three dividends, 1st and 2nd, 1st and 3rd and 2nd and 3rd .
David Craven, totepool Managing Director commented, "This is the first new bet that the tote has developed from scratch since the totescoop6 in 1999 and we are very excited about bringing it to the UK betting public. We believe that it will have a wide appeal from novices, who are just looking for a flutter that offers a good chance of a return, through to the experienced bettors who may be taking a view in a particular race."
Craven added, "The swinger bet is popular overseas, most notably in South Africa, and this will also allow us to co-mingle with our international partners which will help liquidity from launch."
The toteswinger will be available daily at every race meeting on every racecourse in the UK. Customers will also be able to place bets through all totesport shops, telephone and internet. The bet will also be available in William Hill betting shops as well as online partners including Coral, Betfair, and Bet365. Coral betting shops and Blue Square will be also be joining shortly after launch
The toteswinger will have a deduction rate of 26% which will now also be the deduction rate for the toteexacta and totetrifecta (from 24% and 29% respectively).
ASCOT RACECOURSE TO RECEIVE ROA GOLD STANDARD AWARD AT ROYAL MEETING
ASCOT Racecourse will join the prestigious ranks of ROA Gold Standard Award racecourses with a formal presentation ceremony at the Berkshire course on Tuesday, June 17. The award recognises overall excellence in the raceday experience for owners, their horses and stable staff. Ascot is the 13th course to receive the coveted accolade.
A commemorative plaque will be presented to the racecourse executive during racing on the opening day of this year's Royal Meeting. This high profile setting is a fitting testament to the importance that the course places upon the award.
Ascot's prize-money for the past twelve months stands at £9.2 million, an unparalleled figure among British racecourses. Their executive and sponsorship contributions for the same period amount to 50.9% of their overall prize-money pool. Their average prize-money per fixture for the past twelve months, as listed in the Racing Post's statistical tables, is £439,536, putting them top of the Category A courses.
Chris Stickels, clerk of the course at Ascot, said: "We are delighted to receive the ROA Gold Standard Award. As well as continued investment in prize-money, we appreciate that owners are the lifeblood of the sport and their facilities on course are paramount. We are pleased to be able to offer complimentary catering to owners and trainers throughout the year, including Royal Ascot. We look forward to welcoming everyone next week."
Sally Rowley-Williams, ROA Gold Standard Committee member and ROA Council member, said: "Ascot is a terrific course for owners. We have been in discussion with the management team over the past two years and they have been very accommodating. Whilst Ascot's prize-money is unsurpassed, they have made a tremendous effort to provide hospitality for owners, so that even if the horse does not win any prize-money, the owner is sure to have had a highly enjoyable experience.
