ARABIAN GLEAM TO WORK AT NEWMARKET TOMORROW

Arabian Gleam, a dual winner of the Park Stakes at Doncaster, will gallop on the Rowley Mile at Newmarket tomorrow, Saturday, May 23.

Trained by Jeremy Noseda, the five-year-old horse holds entries in the Group One Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot next month and the Group One Darley July Cup at Newmarket on July 10.

The workout is scheduled to take place at 7.15am with a galloping companion accompanying Arabian Gleam.

£2 totescoop6 PUNTER LOOKS TO TAKE HIS WINNINGS TO OVER £400,000 THIS WEEKEND

The £2 punter who was the sole winner of last weekend’s totescoop6 will be looking to take his winnings to well over £400,000 on Saturday when he aims to pick the winner of the coral.co.uk Sprint Heritage Handicap on Saturday (3.25 Newmarket).

The winner, who placed his bet in a totesport shop in Cowley, Oxfordshire, has chosen to remain anonymous this week but he can take his winnings to £418,017 if successful in the bonus race on Saturday.

This weekend’s Scoop6 comes from Haydock and Newmarket with the highlight being the Group 2 betfred.com Temple Stakes at the Lancastrian venue. Last year’s Nunthorpe winner Borderlescott is the current 9/4 favourite but faces the ultra-tough Tax Free who has been in good form this season.

‘It was a great effort from our £2 punter to be the only Scoop6 player to pick all six winners last weekend and we wish him all the best in his quest to land the bonus fund on Saturday,’ said totepool spokesman George Primarolo.
