AUTHORIZED CUT TO 6/4 FAVOURITE FOR DERBY BY CORAL




Authorized has been cut to 6/4 favourite from 7/2 for the Vodafone Derby by Coral following his scintillating success in this afternoon's Dante Stakes.


"Authorized will now start a short priced favourite for the Derby and it is very difficult to find a horse to beat him", said Simon Clare, Coral Spokesman.

SALFORD MILL TO WORK AT NEWMARKET TOMORROW




Salford Mill will continue his Vodafone Derby preparation tomorrow, Friday, May 18, when he works over a mile at Newmarket's NatWest Rowley Mile course.


The David Elsworth-trained colt will be on the course at 6.45am. Salford Mill entered the Vodafone Derby picture when winning the Listed StansPoker.co.uk Newmarket Stakes at the Stan James Guineas Festival on May 5.
