APPEALS TO BE HEARD BY THE DISCIPLINARY PANEL OF THE HRA TOMORROW




9.30am - Martin Hill appeal1

The Disciplinary Panel of the HRA will consider an appeal lodged by Martin Hill, the trainer of APEX, placed first in the betdirectpoker.com Get Involved Apprentice Handicap Stakes, against the decision of the Stewards at Southwell to find that APEX had interfered with SUGITANI (USA), placed second and that the interference had improved APEX's placing and to reverse the placings, following an enquiry on 1st May 2007.

11.30am - Tom George appeal

The Disciplinary Panel of the HRA will consider an appeal lodged by Tom George, the trainer of THE WEXFORD MAN (IRE), placed first in the Margaret Douglas Memorial Novices' Steeple Chase, against the decision of the Stewards at Uttoxeter on 5th May to find that THE WEXFORD MAN (IRE) had interfered with AD MURUM (IRE), placed second, that the interference had improved THE WEXFORD MAN (IRE)'s placing and to reverse the placings.


The Panel for tomorrow's enquiry will be: Patrick Hibbert-Foy (Chairman), Jeremy Philips and Sandra Arkwright.
