BALLYSAX WINNER NOW JOINT FAVOURITE FOR DERBY
Coral has trimmed Fame And Glory to 6-1 (from 8-1) for the Derby, and the Ballysax Stakes winner now shares favouritism for the Epsom Classic with Crowded House, after punters backed the son of Montjeu to emulate previous Ballydoyle Derby winners, Galileo and High Chaparral.
"We were suitably impressed with Fame And Glory's Leopardstown win to halve his Derby price from 16-1 to 8-1, but punters still felt that was too big, and clearly believe this colt can emulate two previous Aidan O'Brien-trained stars and follow the Ballysax win with victory in the big one," said Coral's David Stevens.
