3pm £35,000 Littlewoods Bet Direct Lincoln Trial (4yo+,0-105) 1m100yds

1) (1) 45-1 Quito 29 David Chapman 7-10-0b Tony Culhane
Tote Ayr Gold Cup winner over six furlongs and yet to prove he really is as effective over this sort of trip. Won a six-furlong handicap at Wolverhampton recently but has more to do here.

BP = 12/1 Ladbrokes

2) (11) 0-64 Bonecrusher 21 David Loder 5-9-13v Richard Hughes
Fourth at Lingfield’s all-weather Polytrack over 10 furlongs last month after running at Nad Al Sheba, Dubai the month before. He should be suited by this slower Fibresand surface which has been riding particularly slow as long as he does not get back too far. Quality trainer and jockey
BP = 7/1 Coral Eurobet

3) Lygeton Lad non-runner

4) (8) 410-Cornelius 112 Paul Cole 7-9-09 Kevin Darley
Largely untried on sand, he has not been seen out since November.

BP = 18/1 William Hill

5) (6) 20-7 Vintage Premium 21 Richard Fahey 7-9-09 T Hamilton (5)
Another season performer who has switched his attention to sand, running seventh in Lingfield’s Winter Derby on 10 furlongs when Bonecrusher was fourth.

BP = 22/1 Coral Eurobet, Ladbrokes, totesport, William Hill

6) (7) 12-1 Mi Odds 43 Norma Macauley 8-9-08 Darryll Holland
Improved rapidly over the last year and is effective at a number of distances including this one. Won easily here at the end of January over this trip but the form has not worked out. Also 3lb worse off with Nimello who beat him two and a half lengths.

BP = 15/2 William Hill

7) (3) 9802 Te Quiero 22 Gay Kelleway 6-9-02et Steve Drowne
Second here over a mile last time out and finished clear of the third and the winner Consonant won again afterwards. However, overall form is fairly modest.
BP = 9/2 Coral Eurobet, Blue Square, Ladbokes, Bet365

8) (13) 1111 Vortex 19 Gay Kelleway 5-8-12et Ian Mongan
Prolific winner but meets his toughest challenge yet.
BP = 4/1 Coral Eurobet, Blue Square

9) (9) 880- Sahaat 84 Jamie Osborne 6-8-12 Shane Kelly
Twice run at Lingfield but untested here and not seen out since December.

BP = 25/1 Blue Square, Bet365 and William Hill

10) (5) 79-9 Mystic Man 30 Kevin Ryan 6-8-10 Neil Callan
Poor run at Southwell on first sand appearance. Had not run for a long time.

BP = 14/1 Coral Eurobet, Blue Square, William Hill

11) (12) 220- Danelor 245 Richard Fahey 6-8-10 Paul Hanagan
Fair sort who has never run on sand.

BP = 16/1 Coral Eurobet

12) (4)108- Creskeld 130 Bryan Smart 5-8-10 Fergus Lynch
Has won a couple of times at Southwell and is not out of it.

BP = 20/1 Ladbrokes, Bet365

13) (10) 21-9 Nimello 56 tony Newcombe 8-8-08 Simon Whitworth
Likes Wolverhampton and is not out of it despite his ninth last time out.

BP = 9/1 Bet365 and William Hill

SUMMARY
Bonecrusher is great value each way.
