A syndicate will be hoping to kick off the New Year in style by picking the winner of the Ladbrokes.com Handicap Hurdle at Sandown and pocket the bonus fund of £102,431. It would take their total winnings to £282,636 after they scooped the win fund of £180,205, last week, thanks to a victory by Skippers Brig in the final leg.
Races this week are divided between Sandown, Haydock and Lingfield.
Paul Petrie, totepool spokesman commented, "With the syndicate only getting one shot of the bonus, in what is a competitive looking race, it certainly makes it worthwhile having a go at the totescoop6 this weekend as over £150,000 will be in the bonus fund if they fail to collect."
