CHELTENHAM ON, EXETER ABANDONED

Today's Cheltenham fixture has been given the go-ahead but Exeter is off after receiving more than an inch of rain overnight. There is also racing at Leicester and Southwell.

An Exeter spokesman said: “We had 31mm of rain overnight and the forecast is for a similar amount during the day so, sadly, we have had to abandon.”

Ayr and Southwell are due to race tomorrow but not Folkestone.

Friday's fixture at Hexham has already been abandoned but Ludlow and Wolverhampton hope to race.

Today's Tramore fixture in Ireland will take place.
